    Selective alcohol and CO₂ determination

    The Packaged Beer Measurement systems combine unique measuring principles for alcohol and CO2. Selectively determine alcohol content using Anton Paar's market-leading Alcolyzer and measure CO2 without interference from other sample ingredients. This provides certainty for tax declarations based on alcohol or CO2 levels, enabling you to nail down CO2 concentrations for each beer style – delivering an unmatched taste experience. 

    Minimal sample preparation

    Direct, pressurized sample filling using the Packaged Beer Measurement systems eliminates the need for sample preparation, glassware, and the risk of potential contamination of the product. It also removes operator interaction with the sample – ensuring airtight and reliable analysis results. The system handles any package closure type, with the final package – whether it’s a can, glass bottle, or PET bottle – being placed into the PFD filling device for direct sample transfer. Features like U-View, U-Dry, U-Pulse, and FillingCheck are engineered to maximize usability and reliability, delivering seamless operation and the most dependable results.

    Easy calibration and product-independent adjustment

    The system is calibrated and adjusted using just water and a binary solution, providing fully automated instructions to guide you through the procedure. The superior density meter ensures complete traceability of the sample filling and measurement process via FillingCheck and U-View. New recipes are no challenge – all samples are measured straightaway, with no need for any product-specific calibration.

An automated leak test, combined with O2 performance verification and automatic cleaning routines, guarantees the highest efficiency in final quality control and frees up operator capacity.
