Beyond fuels, RapidOxy 100 evaluates oxidation stability and shelf life for samples from industries including food, cosmetics, and flavors & fragrances. Samples are tested as used, without preparation, regardless of consistency. Flexible parameters such as temperature, pressure, and stop criteria allow full customization of every test.

Full investigation flexibility

The measurement curve provides deep insight into a product’s oxidation and shelf-life behavior. The OxyLogger 100 desktop software enhances convenience by enabling one-click comparison of measurements. Oxidation induction time (OIT) is determined automatically using tangent evaluation, expanding analysis capabilities. Based on the Arrhenius relationship, OxyLogger 100 can automatically calculate activation energy or estimate shelf life for fats and oils with a single click. In addition, oxygen uptake can be displayed at any point in time for comprehensive result interpretation.

Maximum safety

The safety hood locks automatically when a measurement starts and remains locked until the measuring chamber has cooled, and pressure has been safely released. During operation, integrated overpressure and overtemperature shut-off functions ensure maximum operator safety. These safety features have been independently tested and verified by the German Federal Institute for Materials Research and Testing (BAM).
