Automated Rheology: High-Throughput Analysis of Polymer Melts

Discover the Future of Polymer Rheology with the HTR 7000

Join us to explore how the HTR 7000 – Anton Paar’s advanced rheology automation system – is transforming polymer melt testing. Built around the powerful MCR 702e rheometer and featuring a patented automatic trimming tool, the HTR 7000 ensures unmatched reproducibility and reliability. With an optional cleaning station and seamless LIMS integration, this turnkey solution empowers scientists to focus on data interpretation, not data generation.

Key Learning Objectives:

  • How to increase the throughput of rheological properties of polymer melts while improving accuracy and reproducibility.
  • Mitigating user influence on measurements
  • Leverage walkaway time and safety
  • How to generate more data to streamline the polymer formulation process.
  • How 24/7 rheology automation can help you reduce time to market of new products.
