Ready-to-Drink Beverage Analyzers:
RTD Measurement Systems

  • +2
Model:
  • Analysis of soft drinks and RTDs (0 % v/v to 12 % v/v alcohol, 0 % w/w to 14 % w/w extract)
  • Results in eight minutes from a finished bottle or can
  • Inversion-corrected density accuracy of 0.0003 g/cm³
  • Four RTD models for diet, sucrose, HFCS 42, and HFCS 55
  • Simultaneous analysis of 14+ sample-specific parameters

Measure ready-to-drink (RTD) products such as whiskey-cola, gin and tonic, and other mixed beverages with outstanding precision and speed. Combining density, sound velocity, and NIR spectroscopy, these all-in-one solutions deliver highly accurate results even for complex, carbonated samples. The RTD Measurement Systems perform analysis from final package without the need for distillation. Inversion-corrected density measurement ensures reliable process monitoring with 0.0003 g/cm³ fresh density accuracy. Multiple sample-specific parameters are calculated automatically, with four integrated chemometric models covering RTDs sweetened with artificial sweeteners, sucrose, or high-fructose corn syrup (42 or 55).

Klíčové charakteristiky

All relevant parameters in a single measurement

RTD Measurement Systems help you monitor the critical balance of CO2, alcohol, sugar, and sweeteners throughout the production process with minimal effort. Features such as U-View, U-Dry, U-Pulse, and FillingCheck are designed to maximize usability and reliability, ensuring seamless operation and dependable results. After preparing and filling your sample, the system simultaneously performs NIR spectroscopy, density and sound velocity measurement, alcohol determination, and optional analyses – delivering comprehensive insights from just one package or sample.

Pinpoint accuracy, full compliance

The RTD Measurement Systems determine alcohol content in all types of soft drinks and RTDs, providing the data you need to confirm product specifications and ensure compliance with legal requirements. Anton Paar’s digital density meters are based on the oscillating U-tube principle, which has been approved by tax offices and customs laboratories. A simple adjustment with water and a binary solution ensures results conform with the reference method for alcohol determination in wine.

Secure data storage with AP Connect

The AP Connect lab execution software is designed to effortlessly manage your data storage needs. For a deeper understanding of production trends and quality, every data point is captured for easy access, with tools for streamlined analysis and retrieval. The software's intuitive interface simplifies the tracking of batch-to-batch variations, ensuring consistency in product quality. With AP Connect, beverage producers   can focus on perfecting their craft, confident that their data is securely managed.

Complete quality insight for alcoholic RTDs

Our system combines NIR, density, and sound velocity technology to deliver a comprehensive analysis of alcoholic RTD beverages. Beyond measuring alcohol and sugar content, it also corrects for sugar inversion, enabling accurate comparisons between production data and the final product after filling and storage. This ensures unmatched transparency and reliability across different production plants and throughout the entire product lifecycle.
