The PFD Filling Device transfers your sample directly from a closed container – either a bottle or a can – into the measuring chamber of a measuring instrument. As the closure is sealed before piercing, no CO2 is lost during sample transfer, which makes PFD and PFD Plus the ideal filling devices for CO2/O2 meters and Packaged Beverage Analyzers.

Safe operation of pressurized systems
- High operator safety standard due to protective shield
- Safety pin allows operation only with shield in place
- Additional splinter shield for maximum user protection even if system is not placed in front of a wall (PFD Plus only)
Convenient use in lab and packaging areas
- Only 6 ± 0.5 bar (87 ± 7 psi) relative pressure of pressurized air or nitrogen needed
- Base plate surface layer consists of stainless steel
- For filling soft drinks, beer, water, and carbonated bottled water directly from the package
