Hard Seltzer, spiked seltzer or hard sparkling water is a soda water that has been spiked with alcohol and is usually flavored with fruit. The alcohol content differs between brands but is usually between 4 and 6 per cent, but can be up to 10 %. As an alcoholic beverage it is subject to different laws and regulations.
