Combined CO₂ and DO Meter:
CboxQC
- Functionality tailored to the craft brewery floor
- Dissolved CO₂ and DO measurement from tanks or final packages
- Compact, portable design with IP67 and impact protection
- Low sample volume requirement – starting at 150 mL
- Fast startup and guided system checks
Whether you operate a large-scale facility, test at-line, or brew small batches, Anton Paar’s CboxQC CO₂ and O₂ meter delivers precise gas analysis wherever you need it. From tanks to final packaging, these instruments provide critical insights into dissolved CO₂ and O₂ – helping ensure product quality, stability, and shelf life.
Choose from three specialized models – CboxQC Standard, CboxQC At-line, and CboxQC Craft – dedicated to supporting your quality control workflow and maintaining consistent quality from production to final product.
Combination with our filling devices enables the transfer of samples directly from the package to the measuring chamber of the combined CO₂ and O₂ meter, without loss of dissolved CO₂ during gas analysis.
Key features
Combined CO₂ and O₂ measurement for consistent beverage quality
CboxQC is an advanced CO₂ and O₂ meter that delivers simultaneous, precise measurement in beer, soft drinks, wine, and other beverages. These two parameters directly impact taste, shelf-life, and overall product quality. CboxQC’s unique measuring principle ensures reliable results, unaffected by other dissolved gases. Whether in the lab, at the line, or in a craft brewery, CboxQC provides consistent gas quality insights to support quality standards across all batches and packaging formats.

Designed for production-scale settings
Built for beverage producers of all sizes, the CboxQC CO₂ and O₂ meter delivers high-precision results with a durable, field-ready design. Its IP67 protection and shock-absorbing rubber bumper protect against water, dust, spills, and impact. Compact and portable, CboxQC runs up to 11 hours on battery power. It delivers reliable measurements in the lab, on the packaging floor, and in tight production spaces – even in demanding, busy environments.

Guided verification and system check support
CboxQC includes built-in verification and system checks to ensure reliable performance at any time. It checks the tightness of the measuring chamber and verifies the zero point of both CO₂ and O₂ sensors. The instrument provides step-by-step guidance for sensor and system checks – no prior expertise required. This helps support reliable results and simplifies routine operation. The integrated FillingCheck™ feature automatically identifies filling errors and triggers a warning, adding an extra layer of assurance.

Fast startup and straightforward operation
From unboxing to first measurement in under an hour – CboxQC is built for fast setup. Clear documentation and a Quick Start Guide video support onboarding for any team member, regardless of technical background. Whether you’re scaling up production, training team members, or transitioning from manual methods, CboxQC delivers powerful functionality with minimal setup and training. Get your CO₂ and O₂ meter up and running quickly while maintaining the high performance needed for dependable gas quality control.

Automated measurement cycle and smart data handling
After a simple manual start, the CboxQC CO₂ and O₂ meter takes over: rinsing, measurement, and data logging are automated for reliable, reproducible results. A built-in data logger enables continuous CO₂ and O₂ measurements directly from the line or tank. Up to 500 measurements (200 measurements for the Craft version) are stored with clear Sample IDs for full data history. Transfer data to your PC via USB, or export results directly to the AP Connect system. CboxQC helps streamline workflows and ensures that your gas quality data is always organized and accessible.
