Rheology your way
The rheometer software RheoCompass offers a comprehensive range of predefined measurement templates and analysis methods for a great variety of applications. To find the template that best suits your needs, you can use the App Manager to filter the available templates by application, material property, rheological test type, or a combination of these. This gives you a straightforward way to measurement results in a short time. RheoCompass is available in different languages (English, German, Chinese, Japanese, French, Portuguese, Spanish, Polish) and is your convenient door into the world of rheology.
Customized measurements and automation functionality
The “Test Analysis Designer” allows you to quickly generate and adapt customized test definitions by dragging and dropping a variety of “actions” into workflows, covering all test steps from sample preparation and measurement to analysis, post-processing, and reports. This ensures a high degree of automation, especially for quality control purposes. With the “Report Designer” you can share reports in standardized formats such as PDF or XPS. For sample identification, database entries such as sample name or batch number can optionally be displayed as bar codes.
All data at your fingertips
RheoCompass uses a database to handle all relevant data and to guarantee data security. With the “RheoFinder”, managing and retrieving your measuring data and templates is as easy as generating them. Since RheoCompass can be connected to a remote database, data from several rheometer workplaces can be saved into one single database. Additional media, like pictures and videos, are optionally displayed directly in the diagram and can be assigned to the measuring point at which they were recorded. Additionally, measurement data can be exported (e.g. to PDF, XML, ASCII) to share it with other users or to automatically exchange data with a lab information management system (LIMS).
Managing your quality and your users
RheoCompass offers user- and quality management functionalities like user accounts with specific roles and rights, event logging, approval of templates, and advanced quality management functionalities for use under QM regulations like GLP/GMP or 21 CFR Part 11 (including complete audit trail, electronic signature, retrieval). All relevant performed user actions are documented and traceable. An Anton Paar Pharma Qualification Package (PQP) is available for Anton Paar rheometers.
The gateway to scientific rheology
RheoCompass provides full flexibility and functionality for scientific rheological investigations. Test definitions and analysis methods can be programmed in every detail. This gives you complete flexibility for defining new, presently unknown profiles and adapting profiles to the special requirements of today’s cutting-edge rheological research in industry and academia. Actuator, sensor, and transient data (for example waveforms, Lissajous figures, Fourier coefficients, intra-cycle variables) can be recorded, presented, analyzed, and exported.
