PBA-SI Packaged Beverage Analyzer for Soft Drinks (with Inversion) Details
Measurement data at hand
With PBA-SI you can measure the CO2 content and the CO2-corrected Brix value of your soft drink samples independently of their degree of inversion. You have the actual °Brix - as well as the values of the fresh sample and of the fully inverted sample at hand immediately, as well as the degree of inversion at the time of the measurement. Additional information available includes the total package pressure, density, Specific Gravity, CO2-corrected density and Specific Gravity, dissolved air content and temperature of your sample. All measurement data can be displayed on the Soft Drink Analyzer 2 P. The data can be saved and printed or processed via PC / LIMS. Optionally, by adding the Anton Paar OxyQC to the system, you can also measure the dissolved oxygen content of your samples.
Easy to operate
For sample identification you can use an external keyboard or a bar code reader. With the PFD (piercing and filling device), soft drink samples are transferred comfortably and safely from any bottle or can into PBA-SI.
Safe, fast and direct
The samples are filled directly out of the package and measured within 5 minutes without sample pretreatment. °Brix and CO2 are analyzed simultaneously out of the same package to give you a maximum repeatability of your results.
