Carbo 2100 MVE, the new online CO2 analyzer for beverages with high content of other gases. By measuring the equilibrium pressures and the temperature of the sampled beverage at two different volume expansions, the CO2 content is measured and the influence of other gases on the CO2 measurement is completely compensated. Therefore, Carbo 2100 MVE is especially useful for carbonized beverages with a very high content of other gases such as nitrogen or oxygen.
No drift - No replacement of membranes - No calibration
Unlike other CO2 measuring systems, the Carbo 2100 MVE has no membranes which age and affect accuracy, requiring costly and time-consuming replacement. The manometric method used by Carbo 2100 MVE requires no on-site calibration. Any deviations to lab results, i.e. loss of CO2 during filling, head space volume in the can / bottle, different concentration tables or influence of other gases can be eliminated by a simple offset.
