Anton Paar USA has an immediate opening for a Field Service Engineer in the Mid-Atlantic territory.

Requirements:

• The preferred candidate will have a B.S. in electronics engineering or equivalent as well as 4 years experience in the calibration, troubleshooting and repair of complex electronic instruments.
• A valid passport is required.

Responsibilities:

• This position will be based in Ashland, VA with responsibility for supporting customers located in a 6 state territory in the Mid-Atlantic region.
• The duties include the Preventive Maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and calibration of instruments in the assigned region.
• This position requires 75% travel within the United States.

Qualifications:

• Good communication skills and strong customer service skills are a must for this position.
• This position requires a highly motivated individual that is capable of completing assigned tasks with little to no supervision.
• The ability to work with electronic schematics, test equipment and tools for repairs is required.
• Direct experience in the analytical instruments field is a plus.
