The Anton Paar SAXS Humidity Stage enables measurements under humid conditions from 5 % to 95 % relative humidity (RH) at temperatures ranging from +10 °C to +60 °C.
Also perform measurement in vacuum, air, or inert gas within a temperature range from 10 °C to 110 °C.
