Basics of Rheology 2026

Formazione base

More than 2200 customers already followed this course and use the knowledge they obtained daily. Our rheology workshop aims to initiate our customers - from lab assistants to laboratory managers - in the magical world of rheology.

The following topics will be discussed: viscosity & flow behavior, elasticity & viscoelastic behavior. These topics will be explained in detail during the theoretical parts (English spoken). During the practical sessions, measurements will be visualized. Participants will receive 'The Rheology Handbook' from Thomas Mezger and a syllabus with measuring graphics.

Markus Nemeth

Graduated with a degree in Chemical Engineering at the University of Applied Sciences Esslingen, Germany. During the past eight years with Anton Paar, Markus has gained a welt of experience in the field of practical rheology. He is a frequent speaker at seminars and trainings for companies and institutes from a wide range of technical branches around the world. These seminars provide information on the basics of rheology and rheometry and the useful transfer of this knowledge into industrial practice.
