TwinLab gives you fast, direct access to the core of your twin- screw extruder process. The clam-shell barrel opens by loosening only a few bolts, exposing the liner and screws for quick inspection, cleaning, component exchange, and screw configuration checks. Detachable liner inserts and selectable steel alloys for liners, screws, and dies support abrasive, corrosive and high-temperature applications above 500 °C. The result: faster setup changes, cleaner operation, easier maintenance, and more uptime in demanding extrusion workflows.
