CarboQC is a selective dissolved CO2 meter designed for reliable quality control for beer, soft drinks, sparkling wine, and other beverages. It enables direct measurements from process lines, tanks, kegs, and casks during production and bottling, ensuring quality control by determination of dissolved carbon dioxide. Use of Anton Paar’s filling devices enables direct sampling from the package and transfer into the instrument – without any loss of dissolved carbon dioxide during handling.
Whether in the lab, at the line, or in a craft brewery, CarboQC is available in three purpose-built versions to suit different production scales and quality control requirements.
Key features
Dissolved CO₂ meter for consistent beverage quality
Get reliable CO₂ results anywhere – from the production line to the final package. CarboQC uses a proven, selective measurement principle that differentiates between dissolved gases. The result: efficient CO₂ usage and consistent carbonation values that reflect actual product conditions. Whether measuring in-process product, tanks, or packaged beverages, this dissolved CO₂ meter helps you maintain the target sensory profile your customers expect.

Built to perform where carbonation matters most
CarboQC is designed to perform both on the production floor and in the lab. Its rugged, spill-resistant IP67 housing and shock-absorbing bumper make it ideal for daily use in demanding environments. Compact and lightweight, it fits into tight spaces and withstands rough handling – delivering consistent CO₂ readings wherever you need them.

Built-in safeguards for measurement confidence
Ensure reliable readings every time with CarboQC’s integrated validation tools. A guided system check verifies the measuring chamber’s tightness and performs a zero check of the CO₂ sensor. If a sample is filled incorrectly, the FillingCheck™ feature instantly alerts you – preventing errors before they affect the result.

Manage data in a convenient way
CarboQC streamlines CO₂ measurement with automatic rinsing, analysis, and data handling from the moment a measurement begins. The built-in data logger enables continuous monitoring from tanks or filling lines, storing up to 500 records. Transfer data to your PC via USB, or export results directly to the AP Connect system. This dissolved CO₂ meter helps streamline workflows and integrates seamlessly into your documentation routine.

Quick installation and onboarding
Unboxing to first measurement takes less than an hour. With clear documentation and a visual Quick Start Guide video, even inexperienced team members can quickly familiarize themselves with the workflow. Compact and straightforward, this dissolved CO₂ meter gets your team started in no time – without compromising on precision.
