供应商开发工程师 – 机械零部件

Responsibilities / 工作职责:

- Qualification and development of suppliers for precision machined, cast, and assembled components 

负责精密机加工、铸造及装配类零部件供应商的开发与资格审核

- Conducting supplier audits and capability assessments 

开展供应商体系与工艺能力审核

- Management of FAI and PPAP activities 

管理首件检验（FAI）及生产件批准程序（PPAP）

- Root cause analysis and corrective action implementation

进行质量问题根因分析并推动纠正措施落实

- Application of quality tools (FMEA, MSA, SPC, 8D) 

运用FMEA、MSA、SPC、8D等质量工具

- Monitoring supplier KPIs (PPM, OTD, lead time)

监控供应商绩效指标（PPM、准时交付率、交期）

- Cooperation with global engineering and sourcing teams 

与全球工程及采购团队协作

Requirements / 任职要求:

- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field 

机械工程或相关专业学历

- Experience in supplier development or supplier quality 

具备供应商开发或供应商质量相关经验

- Knowledge of machining and casting processes 

熟悉机加工及铸造工艺

- Familiar with ISO 9001 and/or IATF 16949 

熟悉ISO 9001及/或IATF 16949体系

- Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese 

中英文流利

- Willing to travel
