Commercially available screw cap or crimp top vials can be employed for reactions at up to 200 °C and 20 bar. Utilizing SiC ensures utmost temperature homogeneity in rectangular plates. Smallest quantities in a single vial as well as up to 80 derivatives – even with diverse content – can be processed in one single run. This variety of options, from single vial processing to high-throughput applications for method development and derivatizations, significantly increases the efficiency of multimode microwave reactors.
