Responsibilities:
• Knowledge of Online/Offline tendering systems
• Setup GEM portal
• Tender fill up and Submission
• Rate Analysis, Estimation & Billing
• Check the specification in Tender Document and GEM portal
• Work out the deviation if any and prepare for Prebid representation
• Correct Product Selection to quote in line with the specification mentioned in Tender / GEM
• Create an accurate Technical Compliance statement to avoid consequence in future
• Analyses losses/WIN and MIS for Government Dept
• Help management to create a winning strategy of Tender
• Accurate Tender application
• He/ She should have experience in Sales & Liaising in the government sector
• Must have Experienced in Government E-Market Place, Driving Sales and business opportunities through Government e-Market Place (GEM) from Central & State Govt, PSUs
• A candidate who has prior experience in working on the Government e-Marketplace (GEM) website will be preferred.
• Prepare bids according to company needs Prepare documents according to the Bid
• Should be able to create a profile in Government-E-Marketplace (GEM) (complete profile registration)
• Should be able to update product/service catalog in GEM portal
Your profile:
Minimum of Bachelors’ degree in any stream
