SVT vessels for Multiwave 5001 are designed to withstand the highest temperatures and pressures. Featuring tool-free handling to save valuable time and the highest throughput for high-performance rotors on the market, Rotor 20SVT50 handles demanding samples including ceramics, alloys, polymers, cosmetics, geological materials, petrochemicals, chemicals, and refractory materials. Optional disposable borosilicate glass and quartz inserts support ultratrace metal analysis.

Sophisticated vessel concept

The advanced SVT vessels with SmartVent technology deliver the highest available operating performance  with straightforward handling, making them ideal for digesting challenging samples.
Large sample quantities and samples with different reaction behavior can be digested in one run. The high operating temperature limit of SVT vessels supports complete digestion in minimal time.
The vessel’s robust design enables safe operation at the highest temperatures and pressures, and cooling fins on the vessel body, combined with the airflow-guided ventilation concept of the Multiwave instruments, ensure fast cooling after digestion.

SmartTemp 2.0: Contactless temperature measurement

The SmartTemp 2.0 sensor measures the internal temperature of each SVT vessel directly and in real-time. Combining the fast temperature feedback of an internal temperature probe with the convenience of an infrared sensor, it provides the best available temperature measurement in real-time. The durable design of the SVT vessel and SmartTemp temperature measurement support safe operation at the highest temperatures and pressures, making it suitable for hard-to-digest or exothermic samples.
