Packaged Wine Measurement System

Benefit from thorough control over the quality of your final product with our Packaged Wine Measurement System, specially designed for measuring wines in their final packaging. This advanced system allows you to verify the quality and consistency of your packaged wine by accurately measuring not only viscosity and density, but also crucial parameters like CO2 and O2 content. Ideal for vintners aiming to perfect their product, this tool provides essential insights into the wine's characteristics, impacting taste, stability, and overall product integrity. Make it an integral part of your production to maintain excellence in every bottle.

Key features

Advanced packaged wine analysis

Elevate your production oversight with confidence in the final product. The Packaged Wine Measurement System allows for the direct measurement of all essential parameters from the final packaged product. Ensure consistency from batch to batch at the storage stage and verify compliance with legal standards post-bottling. Promptly identify any issues at the filling stage. With our Packaged Wine Measurement System, you can conduct a simultaneous analysis of all quality parameters 6x times faster than traditional methods.

Direct filling from the finished package

The direct, pressurized filling of a sample in a Packaged Wine Measurement System eliminates the need for sample preparation, use of glassware, and potential contamination of the product. It also eliminates operator interaction with the sample and ensures airtight reliability of analysis results. The final package is placed into the PFD filling device for direct sample transfer. The system can handle any package closure type.

Precise gas analysis

Rely on automatic filling error detection for the density and CO2 measuring cell for error-free operation whilst you achieve extraordinary reproducibility. Add the (optional) high-resolution optochemical oxygen sensor for the simultaneous determination of the O2 concentration in your beverage. Prevent over-carbonation or oxidation, which can spoil the wine. Maintain the intended sensory characteristics of the wine via precise control of CO2 and O2 levels, providing a consistent product that meets consumer expectations and regulatory standards for packaged wine quality.

Easy-to-handle and intuitive measurement system

Enjoy the benefits of the fully automated Packaged Wine Measurement System for packaged wine products. The system simplifies operations with easy calibration and automated instructions, reducing the need for specialized training and minimizing human error. Its ability to adapt quickly to new samples without specific calibrations enhances production flexibility and efficiency. Overall, the Packaged Wine Measurement System not only ensures consistent quality control, but also reduces operational costs, making it a cost-effective choice for wineries aiming to maintain high standards and competitiveness.
