Discover the versatility of the Millikelvin Thermometers MKT 10 and MKT 50, your superior instruments for precise temperature measurement and calibration. The portable MKT 10 comes with a flexible sensor and a convenient carrying case. It has an accuracy of 0.01 K and is ideal for at-line measurements.
For even greater precision, the MKT 50 offers unmatched affordability in high-precision thermometers, supporting two platinum resistance thermometers with an impressive accuracy of up to 0.001 K. Powered by either battery or cable, it offers seamless data transfer through multiple connection options. A broad selection of sensors, cables, and calibration options is also available to suit your specific needs.
Key features
High accuracy with the Millikelvin Thermometers
The MKT 10 offers a resolution of 0.001°C (1 mK) and a measuring uncertainty of 0.01°C (10 mK), and the highly accurate MKT 50 provides a resolution of 0.0001°C (0.1 mK) and a measuring uncertainty of 0.001°C (1 mK). While the MKT 50 is compatible with a wide range of Platinum Resistance Thermometers (PRTs) and Standard Platinum Resistance Thermometers (SPRTs), the MKT 10 comes equipped with a high-precision, soldered Platinum Resistance Thermometer, facilitating accurate at-line and on-site measurements.

Features of the MKT
Both instruments have an intuitive user interface with large buttons and clear displays for ease of use. The MKT 50 can connect up to 16 PRT100 with one switch box, while up to 30 PRT calibration data sets can be stored. Data transfer is facilitated by multiple methods including USB, RS-232 and Ethernet (XML or HTML files). In addition, the MKT 50 can be integrated with a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) for enhanced control and data management.

Precise sensors for the MKT
PRT probes come in a wide range of diameters, lengths, and cable options, offering flexibility to meet diverse application needs. In addition, any Pt100 sensor with a LEMO connector can be connected.
For the highest accuracy, quartz and metal-sheathed SPRT sensors are available with accuracies down to 1 mK. A specially designed flexible PRT probe for the Millikelvin Thermometers is available for calibration of DMA density meters or SVM viscometers. Calibration options include ISO 17025, DAkkS, UKAS, or factory calibration to ensure the highest-quality measurements.

Flexible use
The Millikelvin Thermometers MKT 10 and MKT 50 offer flexible power options, making them highly adaptable to different field applications. The MKT 10 can be powered either by battery or via Power over Ethernet (PoE), while the MKT 50 can be powered by AC adapter or battery. The MKT 10 is supplied in a convenient carrying case. A carrying case is also available for the MKT 50. These features enable temperature measurements in any environment.

Versatile applications
The MKT 50 offers solutions for temperature measurement in production processes as well as for calibration in laboratories. It enables precise comparison calibrations of all types of thermometers in liquid and dry baths and can calibrate standard platinum thermometers (SPRT) to ITS-90 temperature fix points.
For maximum flexibility, the MKT 10 features a portable, handheld design, ensuring optimal performance and reliability in plant operations, even for measurements in confined spaces.
