Key features

Reliable single-sample automation

Xsample 3200 automates the filling of low-viscosity liquids using an integrated peristaltic pump for smooth, bubble-free operation. This precise, user-independent process ensures reproducible results and minimizes handling errors. Designed for continuous use, it offers reliable automation in daily laboratory routines.

Flexible rinsing and drying

Three rinse connections support the use of up to three different solvents – or two solvents plus air injection – for efficient air-gap rinsing. This flexibility improves cleaning performance while reducing solvent consumption. The integrated air pump accelerates drying and shortens cycle times, ensuring the system is ready for the next measurement with minimal waiting time.

Simple inside/outside needle rinsing and drying

To achieve contamination-free results, Xsample 3200 automatically rinses and dries both the inner and outer surfaces of the sampling needle, eliminating the need for manual wiping. Guided workflows simplify operation to reduce training requirements and enable consistent, operator-independent handling for reliable results across any application.
