Success derives from dreams and hard work. Persevering and following my dreams, I started working as a field service engineer in 2012. Since then, I have experienced many great things in my job.
As a field service engineer we collaborate with our customers. We provide support by providing specific measurement solutions for their analytical needs. One of the most important things for a technical service engineer is to trust the device that you are responsible for. That’s easy at Anton Paar because of the high quality of all instruments. We can consider ourselves lucky. In order to maintain this quality, we’re responsible for the yearly preventive maintenance and, if there are any problems, we change parts and perform calibration and repair with our certified tools.
As a technical service engineer, the most crucial goal is customer satisfaction. It’s our responsibility to ensure that the customer can always use the device as required. First we listen to the needs of our customers; then we do our best to solve all the issues. The mainstay of our success is our solution-oriented approach. Thanks to the strong relationships that I have established with our customers, I was chosen as Anton Paar’s best service engineer of the year 2018 in the SAMEA region which was a great honor for me.
There are other benefits of being a technical service engineer at Anton Paar: The chance to enter the production sites of beverages that I drink almost every day, to observe first-hand the quality control and research and development of many industrial products, from food to cosmetics. Anton Paar helps these customers achieve their goals and being part of this “movement” is one of the greatest experiences I've had.
Working at Anton Paar is working in the Anton Paar family. Together, we use our strengths, knowledge, and capabilities to deliver the best service for Anton Paar instruments.
