Live Chat Agent (f/m/x)

In this position you are the first contact point of customers who are seeking information online. You will be responsible for operating the live chat, answering questions concerning Anton Paar as a company and competently supporting customers about our products and services. This includes providing technical support and troubleshooting issues to ensure customer satisfaction. In addition, you will take on tasks related to SEA to ensure that search ads bring high-quality traffic to our website.
Responsibilities:
- First communication with our customers via our chat tool and with the support of our systems
- Provide technical first level support to the customers in a timely manner, being able to support the customer with your advice in a professional and respectful dialogue
- Processing Leads from Online and Offline requests in our CRM system
- Maintenance of customer data in the CRM system
- Continuous development of our live chat channel
- Proactively create, optimize, and manage SEA (Search) campaigns to achieve defined marketing goals.
- Perform in-depth data analysis and deep dives into campaign performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Independently derive and implement data-driven optimization measures to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Technical education with a degree in chemical engineering or a related field, along with a strong business understanding
- English language skills are essential. Any additional language is a plus
- Customer-oriented problem-solving ability
- Strong written skills that leads to clear and concise text-based communication
- Experience in working with CRM is of advantage
- Structured, independent and responsible way of working
- Strong multi-tasking and ability to intensively focus
- Willingness to continuously learn more about our products
- Possess professional experience in the field of SEA, with a proven track record of success in managing and optimizing search engine advertising campaigns.
- Demonstrate an understanding of Google Ads, campaign setup, keyword optimization, and bid management strategies.
