Scalable Innovations in Dry Battery Electrode Manufacturing

Discover the latest advancements in dry battery electrode (DBE) production in this in-depth webinar hosted by Anton Paar. Designed for professionals involved in battery research, development, and scale-up, this live presentation will bring together various steps of the DBE production process into one comprehensive event.

We’ll begin with an introduction to dry coating technology, setting the stage with essential knowledge and the benefits of solvent-free electrode manufacturing. From there, we will discuss the critical role of powder rheology in understanding and optimizing dry coating processes, ensuring consistency and quality from lab to pilot scale. Finally, we’ll explore the use of twin-screw extrusion as a scalable, continuous production method for DBE film fabrication.

Throughout the webinar, our experts will showcase the analytical tools and measurement techniques that support material characterization, recipe development, and process optimization. Whether you are refining your existing processes or exploring dry electrode technology for the first time, this webinar will offer actionable insights to help you innovate and lead in the rapidly evolving battery industry.
