The SVM automatic viscometers deliver kinematic or dynamic viscosity – and, depending on the model, density, specific gravity, and API grades. All results are provided digitally, with no manual calculations required. Replace your full set of 12 glass capillaries with a single, robust unit. With the Simple Fill funnel, you can simply pour and measure – no pipettes, syringes, or other consumables needed. Our automatic viscometers use integrated Peltier technology, eliminating the need for a liquid bath, and feature durable metal cells to replace fragile glassware. Enjoy full compliance with ASTM D7042 and report results in both D7042 and D445, enabled by built-in ASTM-defined bias corrections.
