Modern brewing processes require inline beer analyzer technology to bolster process reliability and efficiency. The Beer Monitor 5501 and Beer Monitor 5601, with their high accuracy, facilitate continuous tracking of critical parameters including alcohol content, apparent and real extract, original extract, and CO2 levels across a diverse spectrum of beer types. This range encompasses everything from classic lagers to non-alcoholic and low-alcohol beers, double bocks, flavored malt beverages/alcopops, ciders, shandies, gluten-free beers, and more.
Key features
Top product quality with additional beer-specific parameters
Use Anton Paar’s inline beer analyzer to determine apparent extract, alcohol, specific gravity, present gravity, calories, CO2, and real-extract-to-alcohol ratio – and ensure product quality meets the standard for each special beer style you run in your production line.

Minimum installation space
Equipped with an internal sample pump the Beer Monitors can be mounted directly in the line using both sides of the VARINLINE® access unit without further mounting support. This allows flexible installation even in lines with minimal available space.

Preconfigured and preloaded applications
Anton Paar's Beer Monitors seamlessly align with the evolving tastes, preferences, and needs of the market. Our inline beer analyzer offer the agility to immediately respond to both product and market shifts.

Fit for your production environment
Designed for your production setting, our inline beer analyzer is durable enough to endure pressurized water cleaning on the factory floor when housed in Anton Paar enclosures and can be easily installed using standard VESA mounts.
