This Application Report describes the flash point determination of jet fuel performed with the Tagliabue flash point tester TAG 500.
TAG 500 is a closed-cup flash point tester equipped with premium technology and a modern design ahead of its time. The instrument can be used for the determination of flash points from below ambient temperature up to 130 °C (266 °F). Lowest achievable temperature with TAG 500 is -35 °C (-31 °F).
