Material Brief: Wasabi - True Density - Ultrapyc
Wasabi was analyzed using nitrogen on the Ultrapyc 5000. The true density was measured.
An important property of wasabi is its true density, which can be correlated to solids content, used to determine the homogeneity from batch to batch, or needed to optimize the packaging. The Anton Paar Ultrapyc 5000 can easily and repeatedly handle the “slurry-like” nature of the wasabi.
