Pasta sauce was analyzed using helium gas on the Ultrapyc 5000. The true density was measured.

The Anton Paar Ultrapyc 5000 was used to analyze the true density of a store-bought pasta sauce. The instrument is easily and repeatably capable of handling the “slurry-like” nature of the sauce.
