Faujasite zeolite was analyzed using Ar (87 K) adsorption on the Anton Paar Autosorb 6100

Following the IUPAC adsorptive recommendations, the Anton Paar Autosorb 6100 was used to characterize a commercially-available activated carbon with Ar (87 K) adsorption. A mixed measurement routine was executed for the analysis: the low pressure micropore region was measured using dose volume and the upper pressure mesopore region was measured using target pressure. This mixed routine provides a balance of micropore filling step resolution with analysis time optimization.
