True density values are determined for adhesive sealant using the Ultrapyc 5000.
Adhesive-sealant properties such as consistency, drying time, and durability are important when customers are choosing the appropriate semi-solid adhesive-sealant. The quality and consistency of the final formed product can be determined for every batch using true density as an indicator. The Anton Paar Ultrapyc 5000, a temperature-controlled gas pycnometer, was used to measure the true density of an adhesive-sealant.
