Devices:
- Viscograph-E (+ computer & thermostat);
- Micro Visco-Amylo-Graph (+ computer & thermostat);
- ViscoQuick (computer and thermostat not necessary, as both are already integrated).
Samples:
- To ensure the broadest possible spectrum for comparative analysis, the most widely used starch varieties worldwide were used: corn starch, rice starch, potato starch, tapioca starch, and wheat starch
