  • Viscograph-E (+ computer & thermostat);
  • Micro Visco-Amylo-Graph (+ computer & thermostat);
  • ViscoQuick (computer and thermostat not necessary, as both are already integrated).


  • To ensure the broadest possible spectrum for comparative analysis, the most widely used starch varieties worldwide were used: corn starch, rice starch, potato starch, tapioca starch, and wheat starch
