As a warehouse associate (m/f/d) in the shipping department, you are the final crucial step in our logistics process. You check the goods for completeness and quality and ensure a smooth shipping process, including labeling and documentation.
Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for preparing goods for shipment, protecting the products, and performing final quality control
- You pack equipment and goods properly in accordance with air cargo safety regulations
- You check shipments for completeness and integrity
- You ensure that warehouse and logistics processes are followed
- You perform general warehouse tasks (supporting general warehouse processes, such as order picking)
- You use our computerized warehouse management system (SAP, MS Office)
- You assist with the annual (continuous) inventory
- You maintain order and cleanliness in the workplace
Your profile:
- You have completed vocational training or have relevant experience in the warehouse/logistics sector
- You are comfortable using computers (basic IT skills)
- You work meticulously and have a strong sense of responsibility
- You have good written and spoken German skills
- You are reliable and a team player
- You have successfully completed a background check (ZÜP) in accordance with § 7 LuftSiG or are willing to undergo one (We, as your employer, will apply for the check; we will cover any associated costs)
