Technical Work Preparation (f/m/x) – Entry-Level Position for HTL Graduates

Would you like to start your career directly after graduating from an HTL? In Technical Work Preparation, you will combine your technical know-how with practical application and gain exciting insights into our state-of-the-art precision manufacturing. From the very beginning, you will work on real tasks at the interface between design engineering and production, making an important contribution to efficient manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities:
- Creation and maintenance of production-relevant master data, such as bills of materials and work plans
- Participation in technical and economic feasibility assessments
- Support in the planning of manufacturing and inspection processes
- Assistance with preliminary and post-calculations as well as variance analyses
- Contribution to the optimization of manufacturing processes and the identification of automation potential
- Support in make-or-buy decisions
Your profile:
- Completed HTL education with a focus on mechanical engineering
- Ideally, initial practical experience in CNC machining, for example through internships or holiday jobs
- Confident handling of technical drawings
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Analytical mindset and a structured, independent working style
- Initiative, willingness to learn, and enjoyment of working in a team
- Enthusiasm for technology and strong interest in modern manufacturing processes
- Very good German skills and good English skills

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 2.800 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring. That’s why we take the time to determine your actual gross salary individually and are happy to offer a higher pay in recognition of your qualifications.
