Team Leader - Warehouse Logistics (f/m/x)

• Leading, motivating and continuously developing a team in the warehouse area
• Responsible for organizing and continuously optimizing warehouse activities with the aim of ensuring safe, efficient and smooth operations
• Ensuring the timely and accurate picking of all goods movements as well as carrying out SAP postings
• Acting as a point of contact for organizational and technical questions and serving as a central interface to adjacent specialist departments
• Actively supporting day-to-day operations and being responsible for inventories, stock checks and the consistent adherence to quality, safety and process standards

• Completed training in warehouse logistics, such as an apprenticeship/final apprenticeship examination or technical college qualification, as well as several years of professional experience with a focus on materials and warehouse management
• Experience in leading employees
• SAP knowledge and experience with the Stock Room Management (StRM) or Warehouse Management (WM) modules and automated small parts warehouses are an advantage
• Strong team orientation and enthusiasm for leading and coordinating your own team
• Excellent German skills and English skills are an advantage
• Valid forklift license

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 3.700 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring.
