Service Engineer

•    Providing overall technical support to our customers
•    Performing maintenance and repair for our instruments at customer sites
•    Collaborating with other functions for the achievement of company's objectives
•    Using and maintaining our CRM system to provide information and reporting
•    Supporting the sales and fulfilment of service contracts
 

•    Degree in Engineering, Mechanics, Electronics or similar
•    Skills in the use of measuring instruments and hand tools
•    Proven experience in customer service
•    Strong customer orientation
•    Proactive, responsible and organized behaviour
•    Located in the Czech Republic within easy access to the main road network
•    Availability to travel throughout territory and occasionally abroad for training
•    Native Czech speaker with good English skills (at least upper intermediate)
