Service Coordinator & Inhouse Technician

Anton Paar New Zealand Limited is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Austrian company Anton Paar GmbH. Anton Paar develops and produces state-of-the-art laboratory and process instrumentation for research and industry. We offer the opportunity for a technology-affine person to join our growing team in this hybrid role.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer requests promptly
- Providing technical support to customers via telephone and email.
- Performing hands-on in-house troubleshooting, service and repairs and prepare cost estimates.
- Proactively contacting customers to promote maintenance contracts and service.
- Provide quotes to customers, which will include email and phone exchanges.
- Completing administrative tasks associated with the CRM Service module and ERP system
- Taking responsibility for personal spare parts warehouse / stock.
- Assist with spare parts management (stock level, annual pricing review, …)
Your profile:
- Qualification in a technical field, ideally with hands-on experience
- At least 2-4 years’ experience in system administration
- SAP experience would be beneficial
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Willingness to learn and participate in trainings
- Ability to work independently and responsibly within a small team
