Your responsibility will be the coordination of all activities of our service specialists. Organizing maintenance and service appointments at customer sites or in-house at our own workshop, arranging installations of new instruments and support the sales team. Keeping the flow of communication between the customers, the service specialists and our suppliers.
Sales of preventive maintenance contracts and managing existing contracts are also important duties of the position.
- Organize service and maintenance appointments with customers
- Organize in-house service and maintenance
- Sales of maintenance contracts
- Keep track of workhours of service specialists
- Administration of service activities in CRM
- Help out with general administrative tasts
- Native Hungarian and good level of communication in English
- Excellent social skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Experience in sales (telesales) is an advantage
