Senior IT Project Manager – Infrastructure & Client Focus (f/m/x) (fixed-term position, 18 months)

• Independently lead and manage national and international IT projects throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Plan, coordinate, and execute digitalization and transformation initiatives in close collaboration with internal business units and external partners
• Take responsibility for project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and quality
• Facilitate workshops, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure transparent project communication
• Support the continuous improvement of project management standards, methodologies, and best practices

• Completed education in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Project Management, or a related field (university degree, university of applied sciences degree, or HTL qualification with relevant professional experience)
• 5+ years of experience leading complex IT projects, ideally in an international industrial environment
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and experience with both traditional and agile project management approaches
• Excellent organizational skills and a structured, solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to interact confidently with a wide range of stakeholders
• Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 4.500 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring.
