Senior IT Process Consultant – SAP PP (f/m/x)

Anton Paar develops, manufactures, and distributes high-precision measuring instruments as well as automation and robotics solutions worldwide. To further advance our global SAP landscape in the supply chain environment, we are looking for an experienced professional with a strong focus on process design and digitalization rather than traditional ABAP development. In this role, you will act as a trusted sparring partner for our business departments, helping to design and optimize end-to-end SAP-supported business processes.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the support, enhancement, and optimization of our SAP Supply Chain systems, with a primary focus on SAP PP (Production Planning)
- Analyze, design, and implement digitalization initiatives and process improvements in close collaboration with production, assembly, and international sites
- Contribute to national and international SAP projects, rollouts, and transformation initiatives
- Analyze, specify, and implement change requests while advising business stakeholders on best practices and innovative solution approaches
- Ensure stable system operations, including support, user training, documentation, and coordination of external partners and service providers
Your profile:
- Degree or equivalent qualification (technical college, university of applied sciences, or university) in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- At least 5+ years of professional experience as an SAP Consultant with a focus on SAP PP
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes in production, assembly, and logistics, including their digital transformation
- Experience in the implementation of SAP projects
- Proven expertise in requirements engineering and workshop facilitation
- Structured, solution-oriented working style combined with strong communication and consulting skills
- Excellent written and spoken German and English

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 4.500 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring.
