SAP HCM Process and System Expert (f/m/x)

• Support and further development of SAP HCM with a focus on Organizational Management, Payroll, and Time Management
• Analysis, optimization, and implementation of IT-supported HR processes
• Participation in SAP HCM transformation projects, such as system migrations or upgrades
• Close collaboration with HR and IT teams to ensure optimal system usage
• Support and training of key users on process- and system-relevant topics
• Ensuring global HR-IT standards and harmonization of HR systems

• Completed education in IT or several years of relevant experience in SAP HCM
• Knowledge of HR processes (especially payroll and time management)
• Affinity for IT and interest in the further development of HR systems
• Experience with Jira & Confluence is an advantage
• Analytical and structured working style, combined with strong communication skills
• Excellent German and English language skills

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 3.900 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring.
