With the skills.lab Arena and the skills.lab Cube, we combine sports technology, digitalization, and customer/fan engagement for professional clubs, academies, and commercial operators. Responsibilities:

  • Independent management and development of the Benelux sales territory
  • Acquisition, consulting, and development of B2B customers in the retail, entertainment, events, and leisure industries
  • Sales of the skills.lab Cube product line with a focus on customer and fan engagement, as well as support for selected projects in professional football
  • Management of the entire sales process, from lead generation and needs analysis to usage concepts, business cases, and contract closure
  • Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships with commercial operators, clubs, academies, and partners
  • Representation of skills.lab at trade fairs, events, roadshows, and industry gatherings
  • Maintenance and documentation of all relevant sales activities in the CRM system

Your profile:

  • Several years of experience in active B2B sales with a proven track record of success
  • Experience or an established network in sports, retail, entertainment, events, or the leisure industry is an advantage
  • Strong sales mentality with enthusiasm for new customer acquisition and closing deals
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills when dealing with decision-makers
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, high level of self-motivation, and a structured way of working
  • Affinity for football and interest in innovative sports technologies
  • Business-fluent Dutch, French, and English, both written and spoken
  • Valid driver’s license, willingness to travel extensively within the sales territory, and ideally residing in the Brussels-Ghent corridor
