Sales Manager Commercial Solutions for the DACH Region & Northern Italy (f/m/x)

Are you passionate about sales and eager to conquer the retail, event, and entertainment markets with a unique football experience product like the skills.lab Cube? Then you’ve come to the right place! We are looking for a strong sales personality, preferably based in Salzburg or Upper Austria, to independently manage our commercial clients across the DACH region and Northern Italy – from initial contact to closing the deal.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and proactively approach commercial customers in the DACH-I region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Northern Italy). This includes shopping centers, stores, leisure and theme parks, or event organizers

  • Manage the entire sales process: from initial contact through presentations and product demonstrations to the proposal stage

  • Participate in trade fairs, events, and roadshows to generate leads and represent the skills.lab brand

  • Monitor the market and develop and implement sales strategies for the commercial segment (retail, event, entertainment)

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience in active B2B sales, ideally in the field of event, sports, or retail solutions

  • Proven track record in customer acquisition and contract closing

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Highly results-driven and entrepreneurial mindset

  • Willingness to travel extensively within the sales territory

    This position is subject to the collective agreement for employees of companies in the field of data processing and information technology services.
    We offer an all-in salary starting at €3,300 gross/month (excluding bonus and travel expenses). Overpayment is possible depending on your experience and qualifications.
