Project Manager Technical Infrastructure in Facility Management with Focus on HVAC and Plumbing (f/m/x)

Shape the Infrastructure of Tomorrow! Our Facility Management department is responsible for the planning, construction, maintenance, and further development of our buildings and building services systems. In this key role, you will take on technical project management responsibility for challenging HVAC and plumbing projects and make a significant contribution to creating a modern, efficient, and future-oriented working environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for requirements assessment, conceptual design, detailed planning, and implementation of technical infrastructure, with a focus on air conditioning systems, supply and exhaust air systems, and the associated control technology
  • Independent planning and execution of HVAC and plumbing projects, taking technical, structural, and economic requirements into account
  • Integration of building services systems into control systems, as well as continuous optimization of technical building systems, such as extraction systems and building management systems
  • Preparation of tender documents and obtaining quotations in close collaboration with Purchasing
  • Coordination, instruction, and supervision of external service providers, as well as inspection and acceptance of the services rendered
  • Measurement verification and invoice checks, as well as professional handling of complaints

Your profile:

  • Completed technical education in building services engineering or a related field, such as a technical college, university of applied sciences, or university degree
  • Practical knowledge of HVAC and plumbing; experience in planning and implementing related projects is an advantage
  • Knowledge of electrical engineering as well as measurement and control technology is desirable
  • Strong service and solution orientation, with enthusiasm for working with internal and external partners
  • Structured, forward-looking, and self-reliant way of working
  • High resilience, reliability, and hands-on mentality
  • A team-oriented, flexible, and responsible personality

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 4.500 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring. That’s why we take the time to determine your actual gross salary individually and are happy to offer a higher pay in recognition of your qualifications.
