Then become part of our R&D team in Duisburg. As a Project Manager (f/m/x), you actively help shape the development of market-leading measurement solutions and make a significant contribution to product success.
Responsibilities:
- Head responsibility for complex development projects, from the idea through the development phases up to product launch
- Independent planning, controlling and monitoring of project objectives with regard to project scope, resources and budget
- Ongoing progress monitoring with structured reporting
- Ensuring a systematic, requirements-driven product development
- Identification of potential risks, derivation of countermeasures and ongoing risk assessment
- Proactive stakeholder management at all levels
- Leading interdisciplinary project teams with lateral leadership skills
Your profile:
- Completed technical degree or completion of a technical college with relevant professional experience
- Several years of relevant professional experience in project management
- Sound technical background
- Strong technical and organizational problem-solving skills
- Knowledge in requirements management is an advantage
- Hands-on mentality
- Ability to lead a project team laterally
- Willingness to share knowledge with colleagues
- Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented working style, high sense of responsibility and quality awareness
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
