Anton Paar ShapeTec is a leading supplier providing customized solutions with the highest quality standards. The extensive technology portfolio includes sheet metal and joining technology, the machining of complex, highly precise components, and the manufacturing of mechatronic assemblies. To strengthen our team, we are looking for support in production control. The area of responsibility includes an active role in capacity management, the control of all required resources, and the schedule coordination of the products to be manufactured.
Responsibilities:
- Planning, control and monitoring of production
- Material planning, resource planning, and employee scheduling
- Support in optimizing internal production processes and conducting manufacturing analyses
- Interface between production, engineering, and sales
- Supporting team leaders with organizational tasks
- Reporting to the production manager
Your profile:
- Solid technical education (HTL, Master Craftsman qualification) with a focus on mechanical engineering and production/manufacturing technology
- Several years of professional experience in machining
- Experience in production planning and control
- Proficiency in MS Office and an ERP system (SAP preferred)
- Independent, self-reliant, and structured working style
- Above-average commitment, dedication, and team orientation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

This position is subject to the collective agreement for employees in the metal industry. Your actual salary depends on your experience and qualifications; for this position, it typically starts at € 2.728 gross per month (excluding overtime).
