Product Engineer - Process Measurement Technology (f/m/x)

As a Product Engineer, you are responsible for all technical aspects of one of our measuring devices and its accessories. This requires not only broad technical knowledge but also strong organizational and communication skills, as you will collaborate with a wide range of departments within the company. Managing the series production of a measuring device will be in your hands – does this sound like a challenge you’re ready to take on?

Responsibilities:

  • Managing series products as part of the technical product responsibility throughout the entire product lifecycle
  • Acting as a link between production, development, customer support, and product management to address technical issues and their implementation
  • Transitioning new products into series production, including the associated documentation for production
  • Specifying, developing, and transitioning customer projects
  • Monitoring the manufacturing process and continuously improving quality and costs
  • Analysing and addressing quality and process improvement measures

Requirements:

  • Advanced higher technical education (HTL), preferably in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field
  • Ideally several years of relevant professional experience
  • Structured work approach, strong goal orientation, and high-quality awareness
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Extensive organizational and communication skills
  • Knowledge of various manufacturing technologies is advantageous
  • Strong problem-solving skills in collaboration with different functional areas
  • Enthusiasm and passion for technical challenges
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 2.800 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring.
