Responsibilities:
- Careful and independent setup, adjustment, and operation of state-of-the-art machines
- Precision manufacturing of complex single components and series production
- Independent work based on manufacturing drawings and specifications
- Continuous monitoring and optimization of production processes
- Documentation and quality control
- Maintenance and care of our machines – because precision starts with the basics
Requirements:
- Completed training as a machining technician
- Several years of professional experience as a CNC turner
- Excellent mechanical skills, exceptional spatial awareness, and attention to detail
- Confident handling of technical drawings and measuring tools
- Experience with processing various materials
- Willingness to work flexible hours (shift model or afternoon model with attractive flexibility bonuses)
- A working style characterized by quality, precision, and accountability
- Good German language skills and enjoyment of teamwork

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 3,300 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring. That’s why we take the time to determine your actual gross salary individually and are happy to offer a higher pay in recognition of your qualifications.
