IT Support Engineer 1st & 2nd Level (f/m/x)

• Independently handle international IT requests via ticket
• Provide on-site and remote support for clients
• Support telephony (landline and mobile)
• Installation and configuration of hardware and software
• Create and maintain technical documentation

• IT technical education (apprenticeship, HTL) or comparable work experience
• Ideally, knowledge of MS Active Directory and Unified Communications systems
• Excellent German and English skills (written and spoken)
• Strong service orientation and communication skills
• Proactive, hands-on mentality

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market.
