IT License and Asset Manager (f/m/x)

Our IT department ensures that employees worldwide can work efficiently with modern technologies and streamlined processes. To strengthen our IT team, we are looking for a dedicated professional in the field of IT License and Asset Management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage software licenses and IT assets throughout their entire lifecycle – from procurement to scrapping
- Establish and maintain a central license register and ensure high data quality in the CMDB
- Prepare and support license renewals and software audits
- Analyze license and usage data to optimize costs, compliance, and software usage
- Create reports and key figures while working closely with IT, Purchasing, Controlling, and software vendors
Your profile:
- Completed education with an IT focus such as technical college, university of applied sciences, university degree, or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in IT license management, software asset management, or IT asset management
- Basic knowledge of common licensing models and experience with ITSM, SAM, or CMDB systems is an advantage
- Analytical, structured, and independent way of working, combined with strong communication skills
- Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 3.000 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring. That’s why we take the time to determine your actual gross salary individually and are happy to offer a higher pay in recognition of your qualifications.
